Process of solving IAQ problem

Improving indoor air quality starts with an inspection in which the problems of the air quality are identified, their causes analysed and the possible hazards remedied.

Noticing the problem and informing people
The users of the premises often notify the organisation responsible for the premises that there is a possible health hazard due to visible humidity damage or odour causing people to show symptoms and fall sick.

Having been notified of the possible IAQ problem, the responsible organisation should react immediately and rationally.

The users of the premises should without delay be informed of the procedures required in solving the problem.

Inspection and work plan
Indoor air inspection includes finding out the cause of the problem, defining its extent and drafting a work plan for the remedial procedures.

Reports on the progress and outcome
Having established the causes of the IAQ problem, we will inform the users of the premises of the next procedures and finally of the outcome, when all the necessary measures have been taken to remove the health hazard.
